Offered is a staved Teak wood carving and meat tenderizing board that multi-tasks as a cheese and charcuterie serving tray designed by Jens H. Quistgaard for Digsmed in the early 1960s and made in Langå, Denmark at the Trævarefabrik workshop of Richard Nissen. It is slightly angled to capture juices, features a round carved raised and textured center to hold the meat in place, and it has two triangular incisions on the bottom/rear side that make it possible to hang and display on a wall.

It measures 14.5″ in diameter, 1.25″ in height, and its round base is 13.25″ in diameter.
