I have various pieces from the last Spencer house sale, which is still owned by Lady Diana Spencer’s family, the history of the items is that Lord Rothschild in the 1980’s leased the property, at that time the house was restored, the pieces furnished the offices, meeting rooms and the newly restored State rooms.
This sale is for one chair with the option to buy up to 30, so they are priced per chair. All chairs have various stamps and signatures to the bases, there is a crown stamp with Veagh under, a JMA stamp, and various different signatures under, some seem to be the craftsman, others say Lord something, I can’t make it out
The chairs are all in wonderful vintage period order, the style dates back to the Regency period, they are highly decorative and very stylish pieces that have transitioned generations

Condition
Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition.
Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
