Vintage Design
The Josef Frank designed model 1020 table for Svenskt Tenn is really a classic within the Svenskt Tenn catalog. The dining variant of this design is still in production but the coffee table version has since long been discontinued which make the once that comes on the market even more desirable. The models exist in various sizes and this example has a diameter of 80 cm. This is one of the smaller versions although it is not small but rather average in size. The table is made of pyramid Mahogany which is a typ of Mahogany that have a very rich grain pattern. This example is from the late 1970s, around 1978-1979. The tabletop has been restored and refinished so the table is in a very good condition with only very light ware to the base. Overall in a fantastic vintage condition.
