Vintage Design
A pair of pink Plia chairs by Giancarlo Piretti for Anonymous Castelli from the 1970s. In good and original condition. High-quality workmanship made of chrome-plated steel and acrylic. The seats and backrests are in a rare and sought after pink color. Pila chairs were first presented in 1967 at the Fiera del Mobile fair in Milan and were a huge success. They have become a cult object and are often used in film productions and commercials. They are also on display at the MoMA in New York City. The chairs are signed.
