London having the original brass gallery above two mahogany drawers with pretty satinwood crossbanding and original brass handles above a cylinder top desk with satinwood crossbanding and a figured mahogany panel. The panel opens to reveal a fine quality fitted interior consisting of six satinwood drawers with original brass handles, four pigeon holes, pen tray and a pair of original glass inkwells. It boasts the original leather writing surface above one long drawer with satinwood crossbanding, stamped Maple & Co, original brass handles, satinwood inlaid stringing to the sides and back standing on four elegant square tapering mahogany inlaid legs with spade feet and united by a shaped mahogany inlaid stretcher
