This is a very well made example of a steamer trunk designed for luxury travel on cruise liner ships, the trunk has the period brown leather finish which was hand dyed from new, it dates to 1900-1920. Most use these as decorators pieces or coffee tables, they look interesting and sophisticated in any setting

This piece has an amazing patination that can only be achieved through honest age and genuine use

Condition is period and wonderfully patinated, you honestly could ask for a better example
