Magnificent and ultra rare set of two Art Deco Amsterdamse School armchairs. Design by unknown artist but in the manner of the Fa. Drilling Amsterdam. Striking Dutch design from the 1920s. Two solid oak frames with solid macassar ebony armrests and solid macassar ebony decorative elements. Re-upholstered with a quality Italian purple velvet fabric. This wonderful set of two Art Deco Amsterdamse School armchairs is in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. We will ship this lovely pair in two custom made wooden crates for safe transport when purchased by overseas buyers!
